Mason & Mason legal firm are the latest personal injury firm to file a lawsuit against Apple in relation to its newly launched iPhone 4.
Mason & Mason say they want to "punish" Apple for forcing a faulty device onto paying customers.
this latest lawsuit is in response to Apple's open letter regarding the problems that have been noticed with the new iPhone, most notably with the signal and design.
Mason & Mason join Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, LLP and Carp Law Offices, LLC in launching personal injury lawsuits against Apple, claiming that it is as a result of the products design that the device is having signal issues.
