Connecticut Attorney named new head of Traumatic Brain Injury Group of the American Association for Justice.

Personal injury lawyer Stewart M. Casper of Stamford, Connecticut, has been named the new chair of the Traumatic Brain Injury Group of the American Association for Justice.

The American Association for Justice (AAJ) is the new name of the group formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Casper plans to try and get personal injury attorneys to use the best medical equipment to help their clients get the compensation they deserve for their injuries. he aims to try and get personal injury attorneys to move from basing brain injury evaluations on verbal tests to basing them on images of the actual brain.

Mr. Casper is expecting the insurance companies to be reluctant in accepting his ideas, however he is determined to make great strides in the area ovder the year in his position as chair of the AAj and help those with a traumatic brain injury claim get the compensation they deserve.
